1. Overview:
We are committed to providing you with a great experience at our events. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation and refund of event tickets.
2. Ticket Purchases:
All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except as outlined in this policy.
3. Cancellation by the Organiser:
If an event is cancelled by the organiser for any reason, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price, including service fees, within 21 business days of the cancellation announcement.
4. Rescheduling of Events:
In the event that an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via email. Tickets purchased for the original date will automatically be valid for the new date. If the new date does not work for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the rescheduling notice.
5. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for attendee-initiated cancellations unless due to health reasons, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
6. Transfer of Tickets:
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us at least 72 hours before the event to facilitate this process.
7. Changes to Policy:
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Ticket holders will be notified of any changes prior to the event.
