5. We can change the services/Events and these terms
5.1. Changes we can always make. We can always change a service/Event:
• to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and
• to make minor adjustments and improvements. These are changes that don't affect the overall nature of the service/Event – and might include minor changes to start and end times and running order/details and content of the Event.
5.2. Changes we can only make if we give you notice and an option to terminate: We can also make the following types of change to the Event or to these terms, but if we do so we'll notify you and you can then contact by emailing enquiries@wordsworth.org.uk to end the contract before the change takes effect and receive a refund for any services you've paid for in advance, but not received:

We will let you know as soon as we can in advance (unless the problem is urgent or an emergency) and refund any sums you've paid in advance for services/ Event which won't be provided or take place. We reserve the right to cancel an Event if there are insufficient numbers for it to be viable.
6.2. We can re-arrange the Event. We will let you know as soon as we can in advance (unless the problem is urgent or an emergency) and provide you with confirmation of the new date and time of the Event. You have the option to ask for a refund by emailing enquiries@wordsworth.org.uk if you do not wish to attend the new Event.

7. We don't compensate you for all losses caused by us or our services
7.1. We're responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking this contract unless the loss is:
• Unexpected. It was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your booking request meant we should have expected it (so, in the law, the loss was unforeseeable).
• Caused by a delaying event outside our control. As long as we have taken the steps set out in the section we're not responsible for delays outside our control.
• Avoidable. Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action, including following our reasonable instructions.
• A business loss. It relates to your use of a product, service or Event for the purposes of your trade, business, craft or profession.

8. We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Notice
8.1. How we use any personal data you give us is set out in our Privacy Notice: https://wordsworth.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/Privacy-Notice.pdf . Please be aware that our booking provider TryBooking also processes your personal data, and a link to their Privacy Notice can be found here https://www.trybooking.com/uk/info/privacy.
8.2 We may take photos and/or film at events. If you do not wish to appear in any images or video captured, please let a member of staff know before the event starts, so we can take the appropriate steps to ensure you’re not included.
