Creative Dinner – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms. Please take a moment to read through them:

1. Attendance
Your ticket secures your place at the dinner. Spaces are limited, so please aim to arrive on time and let me know if you're no longer able to make it.

2. Cost & Payment
Ticket prices include your dinner at the hosting restaurant. Payment is required at the time of booking. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable – but you can transfer your spot to a friend if needed. Just send me a message with their name and email.

3. Food & Allergies
The food is provided and prepared by the restaurant hosting the dinner. I do not cook, provide, or control the food in any way.
If you have any allergies, dietary requirements, or food-related concerns, it's your responsibility to:

Speak directly to the restaurant staff on the night.

While I’ll always do my best to pass on any dietary info, I can't guarantee it will be fully accommodated. The organiser is not liable for any allergic reactions or food-related issues.

4. Behaviour & Vibe
These dinners are built on kindness, connection, and creativity. Please treat fellow guests, restaurant staff, and the space with respect. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event, without refund.

5. Photography & Social Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the dinner to be used on social media, newsletters, or future event promotion. By attending, you give permission for these images to be used. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let me know on the night – no problem at all.

6. Liability
The organiser and restaurant venue are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, allergic reaction, or personal accident during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own well-being and personal belongings.

7. Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, you’ll be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future dinner.

8. Changes & Updates
Event details or terms may be updated as needed. If there are any major changes, all ticket holders will be notified in advance.

9. Mailing List
By purchasing a ticket, you'll be added to my email list for updates about future dinners and creative events. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the email or emailing me directly.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
