Monson Swim School Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
• By enrolling in our swim lessons, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
• All parents/guardians must complete a registration form and pay the full fee before attending classes.
2. Payments and Enrollment
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place in the class.
• Classes are subject to availability, and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Refunds will only be provided for swimmers who are unable to attend lessons due to illness or injury lasting for a period of four (4) consecutive weeks or longer. A doctor’s certificate may be required as proof.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations or absences due to personal reasons, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to facility closures.
• Missed lessons due to personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances cannot be rescheduled or made up, and no credit will be offered for missed sessions.
4. Class Rescheduling
• In the event that the swim school must cancel a lesson (due to staff illness or facility closure), we will endeavor to reschedule the class or offer a credit for future lessons.
5. Health and Safety
• All swimmers must adhere to the safety rules and instructions provided by swim school staff.
• Swimming hats must be worn during lessons to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Swimwear must be appropriate and fit for purpose, ensuring that it allows for full range of movement and does not pose a safety risk in the water.
• Swimmers should not attend lessons if they are ill or have any contagious condition.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is physically fit to participate in swimming lessons.
• Parents/guardians must remain onsite during the duration of their child’s class.

6. Liability
• The swim school will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by swimmers or accompanying persons within the premises, except where such loss or injury is due to negligence by the swim school.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email or posted on our website.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
