Terms and Conditions:

Booking & Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in advance.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person—please notify us in writing in advance.
• If the event is cancelled by the organiser (e.g., due to illness, low attendance, or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund.

3. Materials & Tools
• All materials and tools needed to make your wreath are provided and included in the workshop fee (unless stated otherwise).
• Participants are welcome to bring their own decorations or accessories to personalise their wreaths.
• Please follow all safety instructions when handling tools or materials.

4. Health & Safety
• Please inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs.
• Workshops may involve the use of wire, scissors, glue guns, and natural materials—participants are responsible for using these items safely.
• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Photography & Media
• Photos may be taken during the workshop for promotional use (social media, website, marketing materials).
• Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to be photographed.

6. Liability
• The organiser is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.
• Participation is at your own risk.

7. Data Protection
• Personal information collected at booking is used only for workshop administration and communication purposes.
• We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Behaviour & Conduct
• We aim to provide a friendly, inclusive, and respectful environment.
• Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
