Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information, the organisers reserve the right to make last minute changes to the programme due to circumstances beyond their control.

As all the content from the conference is available 'on demand' for 30 days after the event date, no refunds will be offered should you be unable to attend on the day.

I'd you wish to cancel your booking before the event date for another reason please contact the event organisers in good time. Refunds will not be offered within 48 hours of the live event date.

If paying by invoice, these must be paid before the love event date.
