All ticket payments are made to JS Learning Solutions Ltd.


1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable £49 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. We will then invoice you for the remaining balance. Your bookings are confirmed once full and final payment has cleared and you’ve received a confirmation email.


2. Refunds & Cancellations
You can cancel your booking for a refund of your invoiced fees up to 21 calendar days before the start of the programme.

Cancellations within 21 calendar days of the start date are non-refundable.

If you can’t attend, you may send someone else in your place - just let us know at least 7 days in advance. In this case, they must fit the target audience of this programme, and please make sure they have all joining details before the event.

No-shows will not be refunded.


3. Rescheduling or Changes
If the event has to be rescheduled (e.g. due to illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances), your booking will automatically transfer to the new date.

If you can’t make the new date, you’ll be offered a full refund.

JS Learning Solutions Ltd and The Thoughtful Learning Company are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs you’ve booked independently.


4. Programme Delivery
The event is delivered in person at the stated venue.

We reserve the right to adjust the programme schedule, trainer, or venue (within reasonable distance) if required to ensure delivery quality.

All training materials are provided for your personal and professional use during and after the event. They must not be copied, shared, or used commercially without written permission.


5. Delegate Conduct
Please arrive on time and ready to participate.

Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.

Any dietary, access, or learning requirements should be shared at least 14 days before the event so we can plan appropriately.


6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and exercises remain the property of JS Learning Solutions Ltd and The Thoughtful Learning Company.

You’re welcome to use the ideas and tools in your own work, but you must not reproduce or distribute the materials as your own.


7. Data & Privacy
By booking, you agree that we may store your contact details to manage your booking and send joining instructions.

We do not share your data with third parties except for venue and catering partners where necessary.

8. Liability
We take all reasonable care to deliver a safe and high-quality learning experience.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for your ticket.

We’re not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other indirect costs.


9. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in place at the time of your booking will apply.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
