• Performers must register in advance or on arrival (subject to available slots). Performance slots are limited and not guaranteed.
• This is a **family-friendly and faith-based event**. All performances must be respectful, free from profanity, and in keeping with the spirit of the event — to glorify God through creativity.

3. Venue Conduct
• Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, performers, and event staff.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the venue for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.

4. Food & Drink
• Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the venue via *Sasha’s Restaurant*. Outside food and drink are not permitted.

5. Photography & Media
• The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used in future marketing or event materials.

6. Event Changes
• The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, schedule, or line-up as necessary.

7. Liability
• Attendees participate at their own risk. The organisers are not responsible for personal property, or any injuries sustained during the event.
