Please arrive at least 20mins before your ticket start time, The Headteachers talk will start promptly at the time stated and latecomers may not be admitted.

Ensure you arrive at 'The Downs' entrance (SW20), next to Hall School. Our Crescent Road entrance (where sat nav/map apps will take you) will be locked. Latecomers may be refused entry.

Limited (metered) street parking is available on The Downs and Crescent Road, which unfortunately only becomes free after 6.30pm. However, as we are located on a residential street, please be mindful of resident's driveways. We strongly advise you travel by public transport wherever possible, as roads in and around Wimbledon cannot be guaranteed to have parking available. There is no parking available on site.

Tickets are limited to three per family (Year 6 student and parent/carers only). Unfortunately, we do not have capacity to welcome siblings or other family members.

This is a ticketed event only, if you cannot present your valid ticket, we will be unable to permit entry.

You will only be permitted entry into one open event date and time slot. Therefore, please do not try and book both our open morning and open evening event.

If you have booked tickets and no longer require your tickets, please cancel them via the link in your TryBooking confirmation email, so that these may be reallocated to our waiting list.

A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
