Terms and Conditions
1. General:
1.1 By attending the Crafty Campout Spring Meetup at Lorton’s Wheatsheaf Inn Campsite (the “Event”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1.2 The Event is organized by the Crafty Campout Team (“Organizers”). The Organizers reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Attendance:
2.1 At least one of the attendees must be aged 18 or over.
2.2 The Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee from the Event at their discretion.
3. Conduct:
3.1 All attendees must behave respectfully towards other attendees, organizers, staff, and the local community.
3.2 Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
3.3 Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The Organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
4. Campsite Rules:
4.1 Attendees must follow the rules and regulations of the Lorton’s Wheatsheaf Inn Campsite.
4.2 Fires are not permitted for general campers the communal fire is under the control of the organiser
4.3 BBQ must be 450mm off the ground where this cannot be achieved the BBQ must be placed on a flag stone
4.4 Attendees must dispose of waste responsibly and keep the campsite clean.
4.5 Quiet hours must be observed between 11PM and 7 AM.
4.6 Dog are welcome but owners must be kept under control at all times and on a lead
5. Health and Safety:
5.1 Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety.
5.2 The Organizers are not responsible for any medical emergencies.
6. Photography and Media:
6.1 The Organizers may take photographs and videos during the Event for promotional purposes.
6.2 By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed and filmed.
6.3 If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the Organizers in advance.
7. Liability:
7.1 The Organizers are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the Event.
7.2 Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk.
Cancellation and Refunds:
8.1 The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
8.2 Refunds will only be issued if the Event is canceled by the Organizers.
9. Governing Law:
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
