Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase – AfroNoel 2025
Thank you for choosing to attend AfroNoel- A Christmas Karaoke Party – a fun filled evening of good music, laughter, games and Afro-inspired Christmas cheer in the heart of Newport!

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase
All tickets must be purchased through our official sales platform TryBooking
Ticket type is Single Golden tickets only.
Each ticket admits one person.
All attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) at the entrance for scanning.

2. Refunds and Cancellations
All ticket sales are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
In the case of cancellation or major changes, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting the organisers at least 72 hours before the event, otherwise tickets are non refundable.

3. Admission and Behaviour
Doors open at 6:00 PM on Saturday, 6th December 2025 at The Pill Millennium centre, Newport, South Wales.
Please arrive early to avoid queues and ensure entry.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee acting in a disruptive, unsafe, or discriminatory manner.
Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

4. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, lineup, venue, or timing due to unforeseen circumstances.
We will make every effort to communicate any significant changes via email and social media.

5. Photography and Media
This event will be professionally photographed and filmed.
By entering the venue, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in event coverage, marketing, and future promotional materials by Dudu Heritage.
If you do not wish to appear in any photography or video, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

6. Health & Safety
Please adhere to any health or public safety guidelines in effect at the time of the event.
First aid support will be available on site.
If you are unwell, have symptoms of an infectious illness, or test positive for COVID-19, we ask that you stay home and contact us regarding your ticket.

7. Liability
Attendees participate at their own risk. The organisers accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.

8. Data Protection
We respect your privacy. All personal information collected during the ticket purchase process will be handled in accordance with GDPR and used solely for event management and communication.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5.
