Terms and Conditions  −  11+ Familiarisation Test - Test B

By booking a ticket for your child to sit for the familiarisation test, you (the "Parent/Guardian") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing a ticket for your child to sit the test, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional rules and guidelines that we may post on our website.

Eligibility:
Parents/Guardians must ensure that their child meets the eligibility criteria specified for the test before booking.

Payment:
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

No Refunds:
Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of whether the child is able to attend the test.

Booking Confirmation:
A booking confirmation will be sent to the Parent/Guardian via email once the payment has been successfully processed. It is the Parent/Guardian's responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check their email for the confirmation and any further instructions.

Test Rescheduling and Cancellation:
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the test due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Parents/Guardians will be notified as soon as possible.

Test Day Requirements:
Children must arrive at the test venue at 08.45am for a scheduled start time of 09.30am. Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter the test venue and will not be entitled to a refund. Children must bring any required materials as specified in the test instructions.

Conduct:
Children are expected to be well-behaved and act in a respectful manner. Any form of cheating, disruptive behaviour, or violation of test rules will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the test venue without a refund.

Liability:
We are not responsible for any personal items brought to the test venue. Parents/Guardians are advised to ensure their children keep their belongings secure. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the test, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Data Protection:
By booking a ticket, you consent to the collection and processing of your and your child’s personal data for the purposes of administering the test and providing related services.

Consent for Photography and Use of Images:
By booking a ticket for your child to participate in the test, you provide consent for your child to be photographed during the test. You agree that these images may be used in future marketing and promotional material. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the test date.

FAQs and Additional Information:
By booking a ticket, you confirm that you have read and agree to the FAQs and additional information provided on our website. These FAQs form an integral part of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.

Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the Parent/Guardian's responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
