If you need to change your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full cancellation fee.

If you forget about your appointment, you will forfeit your treatment and all payments associated with it.

The Cancellation Policy also applies to a Gift Voucher booking. Gift vouchers cannot be extended past the expiry date.

Please note that I do not offer refunds for missed appointments.

Please note that reflexology is a complementary therapy and not a substitute for medical treatment / advice, please inform me of any existing medical conditions including pregnancy.
I do not diagnose, prescribe, offer any medical advise or replace the services of a health professional.

Certain conditions, such as fractures, DVT (deep vein thrombosis), open wounds, or acute infections like athlete's foot, mean you should avoid reflexology until healed.

Under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must remain present during the appointment. Valid Identification may be required.
