Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket through TryBooking for this event by Cheshire A Cappella, you agree to the following terms.

Event organiser details
This event is organised by Cheshire A Cappella. For any queries, please contact us at cheshireacappella@gmail.com.

Ticket validity
Each ticket admits one person to the event named, on the date and time shown on the ticket.
Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold for profit.
Please bring either a printed or digital copy of your ticket for entry.

Payment and booking fees
Ticket prices include all applicable TryBooking fees unless otherwise stated.
If a booking fee is applied at checkout, this fee is non-refundable.
All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Refunds and cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
If the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method, excluding any booking or processing fees.

Event changes
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, start time, or venue due to circumstances beyond our control.
Any significant changes will be communicated by email and/or via the organiser’s social media channels.

Entry and conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards performers, volunteers, and other guests.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving inappropriately.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Photography and media
Cheshire A Cappella kindly requests that you do not post performance photos on social media, out of respect for everyone’s comfort and privacy.

Health and safety
Attendees are responsible for following any health and safety instructions from event staff.
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of illness.
In case of emergency, please follow staff instructions and the venue’s evacuation procedures.

Accessibility
We welcome everyone to our performances.
If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Data protection
Personal information collected through TryBooking will be used only for the purposes of ticketing, event communication, and attendee safety.
Your information will not be shared with third parties, except as required for event administration and payment processing, in line with GDPR requirements.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
