1. Ticket Refund Policy

Refund Period: Tickets can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
No Refunds After 24 Hours: After the 24-hour period has passed, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for any tickets purchased.

2. Refund Process

If your request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund will be processed.

3. Non-Refundable after 24 Hours

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after 24 hours from the time of purchase, regardless of circumstances.

4. Ticket Transfer

Tickets are not transferable or exchangeable after purchase. Ensure that the details of the buyer and the ticket holder are correct before finalising the purchase.

5. Event Cancellation or Changes

In the event of a cancellation or significant change to the event, a refund or exchange may be offered at the discretion of the event organiser. This policy does not affect the general 24-hour refund window outlined above.

6. Responsibility of the Buyer

The buyer is responsible for checking all event details (date, time, location) at the time of purchase. We do not accept liability for errors or omissions in ticket information after the purchase is completed.
