Go Anywhere Be Anything Charity Ball – Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. General
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Go Anywhere Be Anything Charity Ball (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Event is organised by The GABA Foundation, a registered charitable organisation.
2. Tickets & Admission
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of cancellation by the organisers.
Entry will only be permitted with a valid ticket or confirmation of purchase.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone behaving inappropriately or in a way that may cause harm or disruption to others.
3. Event Details
The Event will take place on Friday, 20th March 2026 at The Waterfront Hotel, Southport, from 6:00pm until late.
The Event includes a three-course meal, entertainment, and charity auction.
Dress code: Black Tie / Formal Attire.
4. Charity Auction & Donations
All proceeds from the charity auction, raffle, and event fundraising will go towards providing bleed control packs and first-aid training in schools through The GABA Foundation.
Successful bidders must pay for auction items on the night via the payment methods provided.
Donations made at the event are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations & Changes
The organisers reserve the right to amend event details, including time, location, or programme, if necessary.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible, and refunds will be issued at the organisers’ discretion.
6. Liability
The organisers accept no responsibility for personal property, injury, or loss incurred at the event, except where caused by proven negligence.
Attendees participate at their own risk.
7. Photography & Media
The event may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used by The GABA Foundation in marketing and publicity materials.
8. Data Protection
Personal information collected through ticket sales will be used solely for event administration and related communication, in accordance with data protection laws.
