Barn Battles Laser Tag Terms and Conditions:


-Children must be over 5 years old to participate.
-Children aged 5-10 must have at least 1 participating adult accompanying.
-Children aged 10-16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Adults are welcome to spectate without participating.
-Suitable footwear must be worn, No High heels, open toe sandals or flip flops.
-This includes safety briefing and instructions. Please arrive in time for check in at The Battle Barn Laser Tag Zone Entrance.
(Entrance is on the Car Park, Look out for the LASER TAG ENTRANCE ZONE poster on the back on the very large doors. If you go under the entrance tunnel you have gone too far!)
-There will be a waiver form which must be signed by each participating adult on the day (Children Under 16 must have the waiver signed by the accompanying responsible adult)
-Pregnant women should not participate in this event due to, collision risk, uneven surfaces and low lighting.
-Allergy warning, Asthma and Mites. We will be using straw and hay bales for our obstacles. 
-If you are late for your session this could result in being unable to participate. Transferring to another session time is subject to availability on the day.
-This event is taking place in our current under cover events barn.
-Anyone not following the operator’s instructions will be removed from the activity.
- Our theme is a Rustic, farmyard theme therefore this is not the traditional dark room, neon lights and laser beam set up.

 

Party Terms & Conditions:

-Minimum 10 participants, maximum 20 participants.
-The balance of the party must be paid in the Farm Shop on the day of the party.
-Attendee numbers must be confirmed with us in the week before the party.
-We require a £50 deposit at the time of booking. This is non-refundable but may be transferred to another date subject to availability.
-All children remain the responsibility of the adults in the party group.
-You can bring your own cake, but other food is not permitted in Greenlands Kitchen & Bistro. Please speak to a member of staff if there are any requirements regarding allergens.
-All children and adults must wash their hands before leaving the open farm.
-Please vacate the party room promptly when your party is over to allow us time to prepare for the next guests arriving.
-All party guests must wash their hands in the Kitchen & Bistro before entering the party room.
-Please make yourself and your party guests aware of the rules of play before entering.
