- Northbourne Park School runs a first come first served basis.
- We cannot accept families turning up on the day without prior booking.
- Parents should let the school know as soon as possible if their child is unwell and unable to attend (01304 611 215).
- We do not offer refunds if parents cancel the booking.
- If we cannot meet the needs of an individual child, then we reserve the right to ask the parent to withdraw their child.
- Children need to be potty-trained to attend the Holiday Club.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Children should wear suitable clothing for indoor and outdoor activities.
