TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you choose to proceed with your booking, you will be bound by the following:
• To attend the event (subject to availability) you must pay the £90 fee per person (£360
fee per 4-ball) in advance of the event day.
• 4-balls cannot be purchased on the day of the event.
• Players must be aged 16 years or over and under 18’s must be accompanied and
supervised by a playing adult.
• All special dietary or other requirements should be advised to the event organiser no
later than 2 weeks before the event.
• If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute at no extra cost. If possible,
please notify us of the change prior to the event. However, please note that whilst we
will endeavour to accommodate special dietary or other requirements, this may not be
possible at short notice.
• We regret we are unable to offer refunds, should you need to cancel less than 21 days
prior to the event taking place.
• We reserve the right to cancel the event or change the venue/date/time, due to
circumstances beyond our control. In this case, we will refund the full ticket price if
required. However, we will not be liable for any other costs incurred by attendees.
• All additional costs related to the event including, but not limited to, travel and
accommodation are the responsibility of the attendees.
• The organisers are not liable for any injury, damage or loss other than in respect of death
or personal injury arising as a result of the organisers’ negligence.
• The event which you are registering for is physically challenging and may pose a risk. You
need to be satisfied that you are physically capable of doing the event without undue
risk to your health or life. We do not conduct health or fitness checks on entrants and
the responsibility for your ability to participate in the event is with you as the participant.
• If you have a medical condition or are unsure of your physical ability to take part in the
event, you must seek medical advice from a general practitioner prior to participating in
the event.
• Attendees of the event agree to abide by the rules, etiquette and dress code of the
venue.
• Please note that, weather dependent, golf carts and golf trolleys may not be allowed.
• Attendees of the event agree to be filmed/photographed and for their images to be
stored and used in publicity by My Cancer My Choices.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission and eject anyone as deemed necessary.
• If you experience any problems during the course of the event, please contact the
events manager or a member of staff as soon as possible so that the issue can be
resolved prior to, or during the event.
• We will use the information to process your booking. You confirm your details can be
used in accordance with the My Cancer My Choices privacy policy, which is published
on our website at https://mycancermychoices.org/privacy-notice/ and you can update
your contact preferences by calling 0118 2280960, emailing
fundraising@mycancermychoices.org or completing the contact preferences form on
our website.

This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
