Terms and conditions v1.3
Effective from 21 September 2022
These terms and conditions apply to bookings for CPD and training provided by BBEST Community Hub CIC.
1.1 All bookings for BBEST Community Hub CIC CPD and training should be made through the booking system.
1.2 On-line training may be provided as an alternative to in-school training. The only limit on the number of attendees is the limit necessary to ensure that the quality of the service can be maintained and that technological issues are minimized but the full amount is due, however many persons attend. Clients may not charge others to attend the course.
1.3 Where the minimum number of bookings is not made, BBEST Community Hub CIC may need to reschedule or cancel a training course.
2. Invoicing and payment
2.1. Subject to any alternative payment arrangements agreed by the parties in writing in advance, payment must be made in full prior to the course taking place.
2.2 All payments must be made in pounds sterling, preferably by via the booking system.
2.3. If a cheque or other payment is returned from the bank and an administration charge to BBEST Community Hub CIC is made, BBEST Community Hub CIC will pass all charges on to the client.
2.4. If any payment to BBEST Community Hub CIC remains outstanding beyond the due date, BBEST Community Hub CIC may:
o charge interest on the overdue amount at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate
o charge compensation and reasonable costs, in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as modified by the Late Payment of Commercial Debt Regulations (2013).
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
3.1. All requests for cancellations or rescheduling must be made in writing and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.2 The appropriate cancellation charge will apply as shown below.
o More than four weeks – full refund.
o Less than four weeks – 100% charge.
3.3 Rescheduling or cancellation of a course by BBEST Community Hub CIC will not incur any charges. Delegates will be offered an alternative date but, where these are not suitable, payments received will be repaid in full.
Please note bookings made for any travel and accommodation required, are entirely at the risk of the individual and BBEST Community Hub CIC advises that flexible options are chosen. BBEST Community Hub CIC is unable to reimburse any monies lost because of advance bookings of hotel or travel
4.1. Discounts codes given to BBEST Community Hub CIC member schools are not transferable to staff in other schools
4.2 Discount codes can only be used by eligible recipients and the application of a discounts can be refused by the event organisers.
4.3 Invitation codes can only be used by eligible recipients and the application of a invitation codes can be refused by the event organisers.
4.4 Tickets cannot be sold on to other parties.
4.5 The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
4.6 The admission ticket is proof of purchase and must be presented at the time of admission.
4.7 The sessions cannot be filmed, nor recorded by delegates wholly nor in part.
5. Force majeure including pandemic
Where an event outside our reasonable control prevents us from providing the services at the location agreed between us, we shall be entitled to propose an alternative form and/or timing of provision, including (but not only) by way of electronic meeting room.
You agree to act reasonably in accepting such alternative, particularly where the nature of the services means that there will be no material change in the quality or impact of the services as a result of the change.
6. Limitation of liability
Save to the extent that it may not be limited or excluded by law, our liability under this agreement shall be limited to an amount equal to the sums paid by you under it.
7. Personal data
If BBEST Community Hub CIC is given access to personal data by the Client whilst delivering its services or training, it will process such data in accordance with the general requirements set out in the UK GDPR (article 28) as a data processor plus any specific instructions or conditions as issued by the Client, in the Client's role as the data controller.
Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent was provided at the point of purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting email@example.com

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
