This event is a hybrid event meaning that there are tickets sold for both physical attendance and online attendance.

In-person tickets include an evening of celebration of inspiring women, with a Welcome Drink and 3 course meal at the venue.

The organiser takes no responsibility for any technical issues during the online event, whether they be participant, delegate or organiser related. In such a case, a recording/film of the event will shared and be available to view for a limited period of time.

Should Government guidance change and we have to limit the number of people for the physical in-person event, first priority will be given to finalists, sponsors and judges. In such a scenario, the rest of the tickets will be swapped to online event tickets and no refunds will be given.

Should Government guidance change and we cannot go ahead with the physical Awards ceremony at all, all tickets purchased for this will automatically be swapped to online event tickets and no refunds will be given.

Should the event not go ahead online for any reason, no refunds will be given. All tickets will be moved to next years’ event in 2024.

Ticket sales will close on 24th October 2023 - no changes to tickets will be processed after this date.

Refunds are at the discretion of the Event Organiser and will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

NO REFUNDS 3 weeks before the event.

Any changes to bookings will incur a £15 administrative charge.
