In addition, the system gives organisers the opportunity to create bespoke tickets with personal branding. A white label URL option removes TryBooking branding from the booking pages, ensuring that an event is unique to the organiser.

Another key customisation feature is the creation of interactive seating plans for any shape or size venue. Guests can choose and book their seats in real-time. Set up venue templates so you don’t have to create the same venue layout twice.

Ongoing promotion

With our online ticketing system, businesses can actively promote an event through their website.  Use our embedded widgets to make it quick and easy for patrons to book directly from your website.  

Another way for patrons to find an event is through the Buy Tickets search on the TryBooking website, which can be used to spread the word through social media channels like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

In addition, our online ticketing system integrates seamlessly with CRM systems like Salesforce and accounting systems like Xero. Data can be imported from TryBooking events directly into Salesforce. This means that a company can stay up to date with RSVPs and new leads from an event.

How much does the system cost?

At TryBooking, we believe in offering an affordable, all inclusive, pay as you use system for event organisers and patrons. All customers have to pay is 15p per ticket, while the event organiser or ticket buyer covers the processing fee of 5% per ticket.
