DESCRIPTION OF EVENT
After a short hiatus, we are excited to be bringing back the annual Lunar New Year Celebration, to be held on January 28, 2023! This event includes a dinner catered from Sichuan Palace (local authentic restaurant), and a traditional Asian show that includes a dragon dance by professional dancers, and many more. There will also be a culture showcase of activities, raffles, and much more. We hope to see you there!
**Masks are optional. We strongly recommend, however, that you wear a mask to keep yourself, your family, and the community safe.**

January 28, 2023 from 4pm to 9pm. Dinner is timed entry starting from 4:30pm (Group A), and 5pm (Group B). Show starts at 7pm. Activities start at 4pm.

Sichuan Palace Dinner Menu:
Appetizer:
1. Vegetarian Spring Roll (素春卷). Cabbage, shiitake, and carrot stuffing.
Entreé:
2. Braised Chicken (黄焖鸡). 

3. Fish Filet with Soft Tofu (豆花鱼片). Braised with soft tofu and roasted soybean in chili sauce.

4. Chicken with Broccoli (芥兰鸡片). Stir-fried with broccoli and carrot in garlic white sauce.

5. Green Beans with Yacai (干煸四季豆). Sautéed green beans with yacai. Vegetarian.

Grains/Starch:

6. Vegetarian Lo Mein (蔬菜捞面). Stir-fried with shredded snow pea, broccoli, green bean sprout, Napa cabbage, and carrot in soybean sauce.

7. Vegetarian Fried Rice (蔬菜炒饭). Stir-fried rice with diced snow peas, broccoli, green bean sprout, pea, carrot, and onion in soybean sauce.

8. White Rice (白饭)

The food will be free of MSG. Please be aware, however, that the food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 

In addition, this food is not gluten free, and is not halal or kosher.

Adult: $25 (activities, dinner and show)/$15 (activities and show)

Discounts available for seniors, youth, and WA students. Children < 6 free, but you must select a free ticket.
