Auchenflower is the "Mecca" of basketball in Queensland! The Capitals have had it tough this year with their stadium going under in the floods in the pre season.
However, Brisbane have as much knowledge and experience in basketball as Mic Tarrant has in cleaning out flooded stadiums! Both team's are on a double header weekend so depth may play a role in the outcomes!
Expect an efficient offensive performance and grinding defence from the Capitals in this Round 8 matchup!

This season will be no different with the recruitment of some quality players in both their men's and women's teams.
An interesting matchup will Sydney Kings team mates, Mackay's Biwali Bayles and the Roar's Jayden Hodgson!
RedCity's Nelson Larkins and Mia Loyd, both played for Mackay in 2018 and will be familiar with some of Mackay's veteran players!

RedCity Roar Coach Accreditation Day

RedCity Roar will hosting an accreditation day to meet the minimum requirement to coach a junior club team and offering the opportunity for coaches to enter a mentor program and gain Club Coach accreditation.
Club Coach accreditation is the minimum requirement to participate at representative level.
Coaches will need to bring a laptop or smartphone!
