Aum Unlimited have been sharing yoga in the Camden/ Macaarthur district for 10 years. Classes currently run from The Australian Botanic Gardens, Mount Annan on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays; and at Mount Hunter on Fridays. Classes consist of relaxation, breath work, stretching, strengthening, moving, and meditation. Yoga is for mobility, strength, flexibility and balance, of body mind and spirit. Classes run for 10 week term blocks. Full term, 5 weeks, and casual bookings are available.

Online Zoom Yoga Nidra Session, a meditative journey into Inner Peace.
You will be guided through a 20 minute practise of gentle movements then lye down for a 40 minute guided yoga Nidra Session. Yoga Nidra is usually translated as Yogic sleep and 30 minutes is said to be equivalent to 2-4 hours sleep. It's fabulous, we love it, come nap like a yogi with us.
