ACS Victoria Presents - Virtual Production: A Conversation with Greig Fraser ACS ASC
The Australian Cinematographers Society Victoria branch in association with VicScreen and Nant
studios present an afternoon in conversation with Greig Fraser ACS ASC. Greig will be joining us virtually via Zoom to discuss the use of Virtual Production.
Greig was one of the key creatives in the early development of this technology and is an Emmy
award winner for his work on “the Mandalorian, and a BAFTA and Academy award winning Director
of photography, for the feature film “Dune”.
This event is open to all crew, but specifically directed at DP’s and Production Designers interested in
Volume Production. Greig will give great insight into what is required to work successfully in the VP
space. We’ll also be joined by Greig’s VP Assistant Tamas Papps zooming in from Budapest to show
examples of tests and work they have done together.
