SUTTON FOREST DRY STONE WALLING WORKSHOP March 2nd - 3rd 2024
A two-day workshop offers ‘hands on’ and theoretical training in the skill of dry stone walling for do-it-yourself enthusiasts and professional landscapers.
Your Lead Instructor
Geoff Duggan is Australia's only Master Craftsman, Advanced Instructor and Examiner under the Dry Stone Walling Association of Great Britain’s Craftsman Accreditation scheme. He is Australia's most qualified and experienced instructor having delivered more than 150 workshops over the last 25 years.
Workshop Includes
• Full tuition and guidance x 2 Instructors for classes with more than 12 participants
• Introduction and course notes
• History of dry stone walling
• Slide presentation on various styles and applications of dry stone walling
• Advice and access to further information
• Use of tools and gloves (bring your own safety glasses and workboots)
• Certificate and class photo on completion
• All meals and refreshments

Edenderry is situated on an elevated property overlooking wineries toward the township of Moss Vale and beyond in the Southern Highlands of NSW. The property also contains many dry stone walls and features, built by your instructor, which can be explored and discussed during the weekend. The workshop will involve building a free standing dry stone wall.
