Our Speaker: Jo Gibbs

“Prayer among the noise'.

Jo studied Social Work at the University of New South Wales, and theology at Sydney Missionary Bible College and is currently at Moore Theological College. She has served in a diverse range of ministry roles—with CMS in South Asia, on church teams, and as CEO of a women’s parachurch organisation. She is now a Senior Consultant with the Reach Australia network, and serves on the Boards of Sydney Missionary and Bible College as well as The Gospel Coalition Australia.  

Jo will be giving two talks, the first on the challenges of praying in a noisy world with so much distraction, busyness, doubt, duty and disconnection. The second will remind us that God (and prayer) hasn’t changed, and are just as much needed now.
