Exploring and Supporting Anxiety - T3 2021
This FREE online four-week program is run by Lucy Liga, a local yoga and qigong practitioner. Qigong helps to connect the mind to the breath and physical movements. It helps calm the mind and relieves anxiety and emotional stress. In these sessions Lucy will explore what anxiety is and help you recognise anxiety in the body and use breath work, qigong and mindfulness as tools to be able to draw on when experiencing being overwhelmed, stressed or anxious.
