Just imagine it! A festive banquet of three courses and drinks with a celebratory yet intimate atmosphere. Singers to entertain you with traditional carols and ballads.
Come along to Hospitality’s ‘Christmas in July’ event. It is an opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate. It also provides a valuable training opportunity for our many Hospitality students.
$40 per ticket.
Doors will open at 5.45pm to be seated by 6pm.
Restaurant seating for groups of 2 to 10 people. You choose your table size!
Depending on bookings, food will either be table ordered or completed as an alternate person meal drop ( then you can decide who gets what at your table.) If you would love a night out with delicious food and delightful entertainment, book your tickets now!
The proposed menu is below but it may change based on numbers. There will be a range of innovative dishes as well as excellent traditional Christmas fare. Drinks will be served from the bar before and during the meal. (Please remember, this is a training opportunity for students).

Entrée:
Prawn and Avocado Tian:
With a dill herb oil, citrus mayonnaise, garlic chips and red radish salad.
Roasted Pork Belly:
Crispy crackled pork belly, apple & red cabbage, seeded mustard mash and apple jus.
Truffle Mushroom Soup:
A deliciously rich and creamy soup with toasted brioche.
Main:
Baked Ham & Turkey:
This traditional Christmas dinner features glazed ham, turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, and vegetables.
Confit Duck Maryland:
Perfectly cooked in duck fat, sautéed sweet potatoes, green beans and cherry gel.
Grilled Barramundi Macadamia:
Simple and delicious, gently grilled barramundi topped with macadamia crust, on a white bean puree, asparagus and blood orange beurre blanc sauce.
Dessert:
Crème Brûlée:
A French classic, vanilla bean custard, burnt sugar shell and crunchy brandy snaps.
Christmas Pudding:
Sweet fruit pudding traditionally served, with brandy custard, origins from medieval England.
Tiramisu:
Layers upon layers of delicious savoiardi sponge finger biscuits that have been dipped in coffee and covered with creamy mascarpone and cacao topped with fresh raspberries.
Drinks:
(All drinks are non-alcoholic)
Champagne:
A sweet sparkling white wine.
Mulled Wine:
A dark fruity and full-bodied Merlot, a traditional drink during winter and especially around Christmas.
Christmas Eggnog:
A traditional holiday drink dating back hundreds of years with nutmeg and vanilla, and fortified with brandy.
Cocktails:
Two mocktails designed around Hospitality course requirements...
Cinderella – a refreshing combination of fresh juice, ginger ale, bitters and grenadine.
Espresso Martini – the bold taste of freshly ground espresso shaken with sweetened honey milk.
