Landcare Native Seed Collection Workshop

*** RESCHEDULED TO DECEMBER 14th - All existing ticketholders must purchase new tickets to attend ***This training session is free and open to all West Gippsland Landcare group members or network staff. It is facilitated by Geoff Trease from South Gippsland Seedbank, who will cover the fundamentals of how to identify and collect native seeds. This session will also include a practical session in the nearby bush so bring secateurs if you have them and wear appropriate protective clothing such as closed toe shoes and sunscreen. This session is weather dependent.
10am – Welcome and discussion of how and why to collect native seeds
11am – Morning tea provided (Please advise us if you have any food allergies)
11.30am – Walk to identify native plants and harvest their seeds
12.30pm – Workshop ends
