**Book before 1st May and you will receive an early bird discounted price of just £99 using the code MAY26EB**A four week, doula-run course set in the gorgeous Church Street Tavern in Colchester, covering birth preparation, comfort measures in birth, feeding, and postnatal planning.
With each ticket you receive a drink on arrival (Church Street Tavern do some delicious mocktails!) a goody bag at your first session, and entry into our prize draw in our final session.
Session dates: 21st May / 28th May / 4th June / 11th June. 6.30-8.30pm
Tickets cost just £129 for the four weeks. Tickets are for the pregnant person and their birth partner, however the birthing person can also attend on their own if they wish.

Our sessions are run by birth and postnatal doulas who are working in the hospitals, present at home births, and working with new parents in the first few weeks of parenthood in their homes. We bring our experience to each session and offer non-judgemental evidence based guidance on however you choose to birth your baby.
Sessions are designed to be relaxed, fun and informative as well as being a safe space to ask questions and discuss hopes for birth and beyond.
