Our annual Santa Dash is back again for 2026 ready to kick start the festive season!

CancerCare's Santa Dash takes place on Lancaster Christmas Light Switch on day, and we would love you to take part in our 1-mile dash around the city centre.

We encourage everyone to get festive ready in those flashing Christmas jumpers and reindeer-dust-powered trainers, whether walking, jogging or running and have some fun whilst raising vital funds for your local cancer charity.

All dashers will receive a Santa hat, medal, and candy cane.

As a special treat, the child / family that raises the most sponsorship has the honour of turning on the Lancaster Christmas lights on stage with Father Christmas
