With The Ball presents - Through the Decades!We are very excited to invite you to our Summer Showcase – Through the Decades! Children who attend one of our after-school Dance, Cheerleading, Gymnastics or UltraStar clubs are warmly invited to perform and show off their newly learnt skills to friends and family.
The showcase will take place on Sunday 19th July at Churchdown School Academy, Winston Road, Gloucester, GL3 2RB.
Sign-up deadline: Saturday 16th May. Late sign-ups may be accepted depending on group spaces. Sign-ups after 16th May: £20 per child
Key Showcase Information:
Rehearsals: Rehearsals will take place on Saturday 18th July at Churchdown School Academy between 9:00am – 4:00pm. Each child will be allocated a 1-hour rehearsal slot. Final timings will be confirmed shortly after sign-up closes.
Performances: There will be two performances on the day: Each child will be allocated ONE performance slot only. Finalised performance times will be confirmed shortly after sign-up has closed.
Morning Performance: 10:00am start (children arrive at 9:00am)
Afternoon Performance: 2:00pm start (children arrive at 1:00pm)
Costs:
- Child Entry: £12 per child (Includes show entry, medal, and rehearsal).
- Audience Tickets: Tickets will go on sale after sign-up closes.
Tickets will be allocated per child first (approximately 2 per child), with any remaining tickets released on a first-come, first-served basis. Adults (18+): £9, Under 18s: £7, Under 4s (seated on laps): Free.
Optional Extras: WTB Summer Showcase T-shirt (WTB Summer Showcase branded T-shirt in your group’s colour).
