Cotham School Reunion Class of 1986
About
An event open to all those who were at Cotham in the O' level year 1986, and/or A' level year 1988. Whilst we are ticketing in order to raise funds for catering, and to have security of numbers, this is not for profit, and there are no venue fees at all; we have use of a function room if the weather is poor, and waterside decking and extensive gardens if fine.Held in the beautiful grounds of a historic Tudor listed manor, the core event starts at noon on Saturday 3rd October 2026, with a BBQ and music, and will continue into the evening with an evening meal. Bring your own drinks to avoid the cost of bar staff, and to be equitable in the ticket price for variable tastes.
For those travelling the day before, we will host an informal dinner on the Friday night, and for anyone helping with set up and clearing up, breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday will also be laid on.
Partners, children and dogs all welcome.
Limited accommodation is available on site, with priority given to those offering to help.
We are looking for volunteers to help with:
- collecting and publishing photos before and after the event,
- music (live and/or DJ - we have a good sound system)
- running the BBQ
- organising entertainment, such as a quiz or garden games
- set up and clearing away, plus extra pairs of hands on the day to save on having to hire staff
- any ideas for how to make this amazing!
