Our first ever all-colleague social as Bromford Flagship LiveWest is here – and you’re invited.

This is more than just an event. It’s our chance to come together as one organisation, celebrate what we’ve achieved, and enjoy a well-earned afternoon of fun, connection and summer vibes.

Join us for The Big All In, our end-of-summer social designed to help you relax, recharge and connect with colleagues old and new. Expect a laid-back, feel-good atmosphere where you can take a break, have a laugh, and soak up the moment together.

• Thursday 17th September – West & Midlands
Sixways Stadium, Worcester

• Wednesday 23rd September – East

What’s are the details of each event?
All of our ‘The Big All In’ events start at 2pm and finish at 7pm
• Thursday 10th September: Southwest: Exeter Racecourse, Kennford, Exeter EX6 7XS
• Thursday 17th September: West & Midlands: Sixways Stadium, Worcester, WR3 8ZE
• Wednesday 23rd September: East: Events Centre, The Norfolk Showground, Dereham Road, Norwich, NR5 0TT

Can I attend more than one event?
We have accommodated for colleagues to attend one of these events at whichever location works best for you. However, some senior leaders may manage teams that span across our geographies and want to attend more than one event to get to spend time with their teams. Please reach out to one of the event team if you would like to attend more than one event.

What can I expect from this event?
This end of Summer get together is for all colleagues and involves free food, free drinks, and plenty of outdoor festival-style entertainment! It’s a perfect way to get together with colleagues from across BFL (and meet new ones too), to chill out, enjoy some down time and reflect on the last year and the incredible work you did for our customers and colleagues.

Can I just turn up or do I need to book?
You will need to book your place in advance using the registration form, this is so we can ensure there is enough food and drink for all the attendees. You will not be allowed entry if you have not pre-booked a place.
On the booking form, you will need to provide your details, if you require a coach place and any dietary and accessibility requirements.

Will there be parking?
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at each venue. We would encourage colleagues to lift share where possible.

Will you provide transport?
Yes. We’ll be providing a number of coaches to specified drop-off and pick-up from various locations. Please make sure you fill in the registration form with your preferred location and we’ll do our best to organize you transport if we can however, this will be based on the number of people who require transport from each location i.e. if we only have 2 people wanting transport from that location it would not be viable to put it on.

What’s the dress code?
Be yourself so wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Just make sure you wear something appropriate if you are joining in activities such as sports day, and weather dependent i.e. bring a coat if it looks like rain.
