Woodland Yoga
About
Woodland Yoga at Spring Hill FarmWhether you love yoga or simply want to take some time for yourself, this session blends breathwork, mindfulness and gentle movement—an opportunity to reconnect, switch off and enjoy the surroundings.
The session will be led by Brek, a professional yoga teacher with a background in ballet and a passion for creating welcoming, nourishing yoga experiences for all abilities and levels of experience. Brek teaches a range of styles including vinyasa flow, hatha and yin, incorporating movement, breathwork and relaxation.
This gentle woodland session is designed to help you enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Spring Hill Farm while being guided through a calming yoga practice.
The yoga practice lasts for approximately one hour in our peaceful woodland setting and the cost is £22 per person. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to allow time for the short walk to the woodland and settle in before we begin.
Afterwards, you're invited to stay for tea, coffee and a pastry, so please allow an extra 10–20 minutes for refreshments and the walk back to your car.
What to Expect
• A gentle, accessible yoga session suitable for all abilities
• No previous yoga experience needed
• A chance to relax, move and enjoy the surroundings
• Tea, coffee and a pastry after the session
What to Bring
• Yoga mat (spares available if needed)
• A rug or blanket (to place under your mat and/or keep warm during relaxation)
• Water bottle (optional)
• Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather
• Sensible footwear for walking to the woodland area across natural, uneven ground
Please Note
Our yoga sessions take place in a natural woodland setting. The ground is uneven and may be muddy, slippery or rough underfoot depending on the weather. There may also be tree roots, brambles, nettles and other natural woodland features. We ask everyone to take care, wear suitable footwear and be mindful of the environment.
We’ll work with nature, not against it — this is part of the charm of practising outdoors.
If the weather isn't suitable on the day for practising outdoors, we will move the session into one of our barns where possible. While it won't be quite the same as being amongst the trees, the barn doors will be open and you will still have views of the surrounding greenery. In severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, the session may need to be cancelled at short notice.
Refreshments
After your yoga session, you're invited to stay and enjoy tea or coffee and a pastry before heading home.
We'll be providing a pastry from the award-winning Mark's Cotswold Bakery. Options will include: Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, Pain aux Raisins, Lemon Crème Croissant Spiral or Cinnamon Croissant Spiral. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to provide a suitable alternative where possible. Please note that gluten-free options may not be a pastry, depending on availability.
To drink, choose from coffee (regular or decaffeinated) or a selection of speciality teas: Breakfast tea (regular or decaffeinated), Earl Grey,
Chamomile, Peppermint, Ginger or Green Tea.
Limited spaces available — booking essential.
