Emergency First Aid at Work Annual Refresher (1/2 day)
About
It is recommended that people who hold the QA Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate attend an annual refresher to ensure their knowledge and techniques are kept up to date.
This half-day course will ensure employees are reminded of the essential skills needed to give safe, prompt and effective first aid in emergency situations and are updated with any changes in policy or procedure.
The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. This includes carrying out a risk assessment, appointing a suitable amount of first aiders and providing appropriate first aid training.
*Delegates must have their EFAW certification (within 3 years) to attend this course. If it has been more than three years, please book on the full day course*

To enable as many businesses to take part, courses are limited to 3 delegates per business per course.
