At the commencement of the session, general safe dance and good hygiene practices specific to COVID-19 include: 

- Not attending if you are unwell 
- Frequent hand washing/sanitising is recommended
- No sharing of water bottles 
- Covering sneezes and coughs 
- If you have a preexisting injury please notify your teacher. 
- 1.5m physical distance between people when gathering
- 4m2 space per persons working within a shared space.
- Avoid physical greetings such as hugging, kissing or hand shaking
- Participation is done at own risk.
