New Directions is a one day workshop that helps participants to rethink their position and to set realistic goals that they can action straight away. The topics covered include managing change, values, beliefs, life purpose, interests, preferences, strengths, and transferable skills. Particpants then sort out 2 goals to work on and then identify strategies to achieve those goals.
