Our unique and enjoyable two-day course on group facilitation provides you with access to facilitators with extensive experience in group facilitation as well as tools and techniques backed by evidence to help you make a powerful difference in any group you are facilitating.
Observe your facilitators model different ways of facilitating groups and have the rare opportunity to practice facilitation techniques in a safe, supportive and caring environment.
The facilitators of this course have extensive experience in facilitating training and small group processes in a number of settings with practitioners and parents.
In this course you will:
- learn the skills and qualities of an effective facilitator
- access facilitation tools and techniques that will help your participants get the most out of group learning
- learn how to create a meaningful partnership with group participants
- learn how to create an engaging and interactive group environment
- learn the process of content development for planning group facilitation

- learn by practicing in a safe space, and by reflecting on your practice
