NVVM is hosting 4 performances of Minefields & Miniskirts. A play by Terence O'Connell adapted from the book of the same name by Siobhan McHugh. This rehearsed play reading will be staged amongst the exhibits in the Museum. The accounts of 50 women directly affected by the war are compressed into 5 characters; a journalist, a volunteer, a veteran’s wife, an entertainer, a nurse. Well-loved songs punctuate 5 interwoven monologues to create a performance that will move and entertain you.
