Book carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges once purchased, if you make a mistake in the booking or if you cannot attend for any reason including sickness, work related issue or if you change your mind. If for any reason you do not receive your ticket (and there is usually a simple explanation for this), contact us via the link on this page and if the transaction has been completed, it will be re issued.
