The Rotary E-Club of WA (E-WA Rotary) will receive their charter in a very special event at Bruce Rock Aquatic Centre on Sunday 13 March 2016. The charter presentation will precede the launch of the club's literacy development programs and annual Swim for Bruce Rock Kids.
