A Body-Mind Centering® workshop exploring the iliopsoas muscles, kidneys and adrenals through movement, touch and dynamic embodied anatomy. Suitable for movers, dancers, yogis, bodyworkers, movement teachers and anyone interested in gaining a deeper understanding of anatomy through a somatic approach.
