PAUL DOLPHIN - PdD
Paul Dolphin is an Accredited Building Designer based in Malua Bay. He has a building design practice which recently won an award in the Eurobodalla Business Awards. He specialises in sustainable residential design, focusing on solar passive design and cost effective construction methods. Paul Dolphin Designs works closely with sustainable builders including Green Homes Australia. Paul is originally from the UK, where he studied town planning, landscape architecture and building surveying. In the UK he worked as head of sustainability at a housing association. He retrofitted 750 houses to be more thermally efficient and was also involved in the specification, design and install of Europe’s largest residential ground source heat pump.

He recently became a Sustainability Design Specialist- which has kept his knowledge of sustainable design and issues current. In his spare time he watches Grand Designs and plays with Lego with his little boys- good design is a passion that is never turned off!!

SCOTT YOUNG - CATCH Power
Scott has been involved in the solar industry for almost twenty years and has a diverse range of experiences from designing grid-connect, off-grid and hybrid systems.

Scott is co-owner and co-founder of CATCH Power, manufacturers of a solar diverter that is manufactured in Australia as well as designed and engineered here as well.

MARK HEMMINGSEN - EVC
Company Director, Mark Hemmingsen, is an electrician with over 25 years experience in the electrical industry in Canberra, including over 10 years of teaching experience at the Canberra Institute of Technology. Mark has been an integral part of the electric vehicle industry in Canberra since 2008, including running an electric vehicle conversion course.

Presently Mark is the President of CanberraEV, the local branch of the Australian Electric Vehicle Association.

In 2015, Mark established the local dealership for Fourstar and Raptor electric vehicles and Electric Vehicles Canberra was born.
