Take the rare opportunity to tour three of our houses for older Victorians, including our architecturally designed six starred energy rating apartments. OCAV was founded 150 years to provide safe, affordable housing and support for older Victorians, and we have been leading the way ever since.

House tours are free but it is essential to book.

Please park at St Helena's Secondary College's car park. We will pick you up by minibus. Arrive about 10 minutes early.
