“Wednesday Lunchtime Concerts” 21 July 12.40-1.20pm. Then and Now – Canberra Recorder Orchestra (U3A). A program of early to contemporary music features works by Handel and Boyce and an unusual work for recorders Gustav Holst’s Ave Maria arranged especially for this orchestra by contemporary English composer, Steve Marshall. Entry $10 (includes program & refreshments). Additional donations welcome.
