Don't feel like cooking? Why not book take-away dinner from the Cunderdin Club to enjoy as a picnic?

DRINKS
The Cunderdin Youth Council will sell drinks at the Stargazing event. Bring some cash to help support the Cunderdin Youth Council in their fundraising effort, they are raising funds for their 2022 Leadership camp.
The following drinks will be available (from 6.30pm):
- Coffee/tea (instant) - $2.00
- Hot Chocolate with marshmellows - $2.50
- Various cakes or slices - $2.00
- Juice boxes - $1.00
You can book your take away during the event booking process. Please note that if you do book a take away option, your details will be forwarded to the Club and it will be your responsibility to ensure you pick up dinner (and make the relevant payment).

Dinner options will be available from the Cunderdin Club (Cunderdin Sport & Recreation Centre). The following options are available on the night:
Take away dinner (pick up from the Club) - 6.30pm
- Hamburger and Chips - $15
- Steak burger and chips - $20
- Vegetarian burger and chips - $15
- Hot beef and gravy roll & chips - $15
- Nuggets & chips - $10
- Fish & chips - $15

WHAT TO BRING ON THE NIGHT?
- Camping chairs/picnic blanket
- Head torch/flashlight - the oval lights will be turned off
- Warm jacket/jumper
COVID SAFE PUBLIC STARGAZING
Terms & Conditions of Entry
The Shire of Cunderdin & Cunderdin Youth Council are committed to provide a safe environment for everyone. Here are some COVID Safe rules to follow:
1. BOOKING: Pre-booking is required. If you have not pre-booked you may be asked to leave.
2. SICK: If slightly unwell or with cold/flu symptoms DO NOT attend the event.
3. CHECK IN: All attendees will be required to check-in via the SAFEWA app/QR code, to assit with contact tracing.
4. CLEANLINESS: All equipment are cleaned and sanitised before the event. Wash hands often, hand sanitiser will be available.
5. SMALL CHILDREN: Please note that all children must be accompanied/supervised by a parent/guardian. The equipment used are very expensive!
