Come and join the Neighbourhood Houses in the City of Whitehorse as we celebrate Women's Week from the 5th-9th September 2022. The objective of this week is to provide a variety of ways in which you can experience wellness activities that address physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs.
A fun class to invigorate you for the week commencing with an aerobic style warm up and moves that utilise your whole body to a large variety of music. Cost: $10 per person.
